180 Conversion

Fits Softail® models 1986 to 2005 and 2006 to 2007 with a 130-150mm factory tire

Three 8.5" fenders to choose from. Fenders are not pre-drilled and are shipped unpainted (raw steel). There are multiple seats available for this conversion. Please see price sheet for details. Frame Horns must be removed. Horn cut template is provided. For 1986 to 1999 Softail® models the belt and pulley have to be changed to 3/4" to run 180mm tire, the belt and pulley on 2000 to present Softail® models does not have to be modified.

Three 9" wide fenders to choose from; fenders are pre-drilled and shipped unpainted (raw steel). Solo Seat covered in Leather with Vinyl side bands is included with this conversion. Struts are slotted and pinned for application of our second seats and are available in Chrome or Black Wrinkle. Frame Horns must be removed. Horn cut template is provided. Metzeler or Dunlop tires will require the 20mm belt and pulley. AVON 200 tires are recommended.
