Heartland USA - Custom Front Fender Conversions for Harley-Davidson All Heartland USA fenders are made of Heavy 14 Gauge Steel, These fenders are designed to hug the front tire on the sides as well as thought out the circumference of the tire, all are pre-drilled for each application.
Fenders come in Raw Steel with Leg Spacers and Hardware if necessary.
